The EULA (End User License Agreement) is, as its name shows, a contract between the software developer and a potential user. By means of this contract it is established that the developer of the software is its de facto owner, and that a copy of the respective software bought from a vendor (or downloaded from the Internet) only licenses it to a user, and does not transmit any intellectual rights whatsoever on the software. 

The end user is only allowed to use it as long as certain terms are respected, and is also prohibited from any alterations or uses of the software without the specific consent of its rightful owner, New Look Developments Ltd/Andrew Moller.

Licensing
The user does not have any intellectual rights over the software about to be installed / used, New Look Developments Ltd is only licensing it for use according to New Look Developments Ltd terms, to which the user may or may not agree, at their own discretion. 
Any attempt to reverse-engineer, modify or alter in any way the licensed software without New Look Developments Ltd specific approval is strictly prohibited as well-defined, conditions - the Copyright Act 1994, Copyright (New Technologies) Amendment Act 2008.
The software downloaded as freeware from New Look Developments Ltd is free, however if you want to send me heaps of cash - thanks.

Warranties
This section contains a Disclaimer of Warranty, stating that even if the software is most likely to work on the user's machine, it may as well not, and it may not even be New Look Developments Ltd fault. After all, should the product be exposed to, for example, atmospheric conditions that might alter the CD's / Download / File's performances, New Look Developments Ltd should not be held responsible for that.

Liability
New Look Developments Ltd cannot be held financially responsible for any mishaps that might incur as a result to the use of New Look Developments Ltd software. This Limitation of Liability  section, in which New Look Developments Ltd states clearly the user is entitled to no amount should New Look Developments Ltd software damage the computer or cause legal problems by interfering with other third-party applications.

There are no known issues with this Microsoft Vb.Net application.

Laws
As mentioned the New Zealand Copyright Act 1994, Copyright (New Technologies) Amendment Act 2008 laws control or apply to this license agreement that the user is agreeing to. Jurisdiction and any complaints or lawsuits can only be made or filed within the respective jurisdiction. If New Look Developments Ltd software has a global distribution, New Look Developments Ltd recognises international copyright laws apply to the EULA.

New Look Developments Ltd rights on this product in which New Look Developments Ltd has invested time, financial resources and significant human effort, license agreements are not to be taken lightly. New Look Developments Ltd and the end user recognises the agreement may be in the form of shrink-wrap licenses, inclusive file or click-through licenses, the importance is unquestionable. 

Every effort has been made to allow prospective users to see New Look Developments Ltd freeware EULA before installing the software.

New Look Developments Ltd has installed no spyware on the user's computer along with the software, which might tamper with the system's performances.

Important terms of New Look Developments Ltd EULA have been made as visible as possible. New Look Developments Ltd software license agreement has made effort to avoid using a language that is not easy to understand by end users. This software does not include any refund policy within New Look Developments Ltd user license agreement.
